Constitution of Leicestershire and Rutland LPC
The LPC Committee has unanimously proposed to members that we adopt the standard constitution as recommended by the PSNC. This was agreed by the required majority of contractors on 2nd March 2015.

LPC Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Declarations
The LPC has agreed that all members are required to be bound by the adopted Code of Conduct and the governance fframework.

Members have to declare any conflicts of interest on the following form below each year and before any meeting where there are items on the agenda that they may be perceived to be conflicted.
