Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Leicestershire and Rutland Local Pharmaceutical Committee – Monday 24th September 2018 

The Annual General Meeting of Leicestershire and Rutland Local Pharmaceutical Committee will be held on Monday 24th September 2018 at the Holiday Inn Express, Raw Dykes Road, Filbert Way, Leicester LE2 7FL, commencing at 6:15 pm (buffet) and 7pm start. 

This is your opportunity to meet with members and to hear about the work the LPC undertakes on your behalf, our Future Plans for 2018/19, and provide us with your views.

The LPC has invited a number of guest speakers including Richard Chapman, GPhC Inspector; Leyla Hannbeck ( NPA) and Garry Myers ( PSNC representative)  who will talk about current and important updates for contractors.

We would strongly encourage you to attend this meeting to ensure you are all working towards the required GPhC standards, and hear about new developments in pharmacy and professional standards, to improve patient safety and improve quality of care to patients.  There will also be guest speakers from local, regional and national pharmacy professional bodies.

The  annual report (including annual accounts), postal voting form, invitation to AGM, and AGM agenda have been sent to all contractors by email and these have also been sent by post.
