Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Declarations
Community Pharmacy Leicestershire and Rutland has agreed that all members are required to be bound by the adopted Code of Conduct and the Governance Framework. Please click on the links below to view.
Committee members have to declare any conflicts of interest on the following form below each year and before any meeting where there are items on the agenda that they may be perceived to be conflicted.
