Meet the Team

Community Pharmacy Leicestershire and Rutland (CPL&R) represents all 224 community pharmacies across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We are an independent and representative group with statutory rights; a leadership body, that is the focal point for Community Pharmacy within the LLR integrated care system (ICS).

CPL&R is led by Rajshri Owen, Chief Officer. She is supported by a team of three part time employees: Service Development Lead, Service Facilitator and Administrator.

Committee members are community pharmacists: some are elected every four years by independent community pharmacy contractors, others are appointed by organisations representing multiple pharmacies.
