Financial Governance at Community Pharmacy Leicestershire & Rutland
Community Pharmacy Leicestershire and Rutland, like all LPCs across England, is funded by the contractors (community pharmacies) it represents. We are fully accountable to these contractors for the work we do on their behalf and for the responsible, effective use of LPC funds. We understand that contractors expect the highest standards of financial governance from their LPC.
To ensure this, CPL&R has an appointed Treasurer and a dedicated Finance and Governance Sub-Committee. They regularly review our accounts against the budget to make certain that financial governance is upheld at every stage.
