The Zoom video also includes a click by click preview of the on-line service proforma [PharmOutcomes]. This helpfully illustrates the extent of the support which the system provides, such as the pop-up advice built into PharmOutcomes as blood pressure numbers are entered.
Pharmacy & Surgery Communications – before starting service provision it is crucial to have a team-orientated discussion with the local practice manager & reception manager. Share the public health benefits of the case-finding service, and then explain how surgeries can also refer patients with established hypertension and other long-term conditions.
