Code of Conduct and Declarations of Interest

Community Pharmacy Leicestershire and Rutland has agreed that all committee members are mandated to be bound by the adopted Code of Conduct.

Our code of conduct is based on the Nolan Principles for good governance:

Committee members must declare any conflicts of interest on the following form below each year and before any committee meeting, where there are items on the agenda that they may be perceived to be conflicted.

Members also have a duty of confidentiality, which is also included in the document below:
