PharmRefer Interoperability with Pharmacy Systems
From the 28th of March 2023, all CPCS referrals generated by surgeries using the PharmRefer app will no longer be received directly into the CPCS modules within Cegedim, Positive Solutions or Sonar.
Instead, all such PharmRefer referrals into pharmacies using these IT systems will automatically be converted into an NHS Mail referral.
Therefore, all pharmacies using Cegedim, Positive Solutions or Sonar need to REGULARLY MONITOR their NHS mail inbox to check if a new CPCS referral has been received.
