This centralised approach aims to simplify communication and improve resolution times.

What Anenta Is Not Responsible For

  • Collection of waste – this remains the responsibility of your existing waste provider
  • Covid waste queries – continue to use your existing local Covid waste arrangements

Register on the Vector System

Anenta operates an online platform called Vector, which allows pharmacies to:

  • Submit service requests
  • Report deficiencies
  • Track queries in a fully auditable way
  • Access compliance documentation
  • View service level information and FAQs

All LLR Community Pharmacies must register on the Vector system.
